Pizza Burger
I don't think I've ever had a pizza burger before, so this was something new for me. Jim and I had differing opinions on this one. He was ready to fire up the grill to make more. I on the other hand thought it was just ok. Maybe I might like it better if the meat was a juicy beef and not turkey, or if I used a plain sauce rather than a sauce with garlic flavoring. There was just something about it that didn't have me craving for more.
Tonight we didn't follow a recipe. We just took a turkey burger (leftover from last night), added sauce and a pile of shredded mozzarella cheese. We then put it in the toaster oven until warm and the cheese was melted. Place on a bun and enjoy!
